Lilian Ng’ang’a on Thursday, November 4, 2021, disclosed that she had been receiving life-threatening messages from her ex-husband Governor Dr Alfred Mutua.
In a press conference conducted in the presence of her lawyer Philip Murgor, Ms Ng’ang’a revealed that Mutua had been threatening to harm and kill people around her.
“Governor Mutua has threatened to harm persons close to me and stated he has received offers to kill persons close to me and added that he will take up the offer to teach some people a lesson and also finish me completely,” Ng’ang’a said.
According to Lilian Ng’ang’a, she had requested her ex to sort their separation in a mature manner, but Mutua allegedly dismissed her and referred to her as his “Enemy number 1.”
Ng’ang’a further accused her ex-partner of refusing to move on following their separation three months ago.
“I am publicly requesting Mutua to immediately return my properties, cease threatening my life and stop his arrogance. He needs to get a life and move on,” Ng’ang’a said.
Ng’ang’a further called on sleuths to move with speed to investigate the matter and claimed that Mutua was a fraud who illegally transferred her properties to other people’s names without her knowledge.
Ng’ang’a also claimed that Mutua allegedly threatened to “crush her to ashes”.
“Mutua has termed me as his Enemy No 1 and threatened to ‘crush me to ash’, as he takes away everything I have and own while demanding that I refund any money he has ever given to me or made available for my use,” Ng’ang’a said.
